Thanks for choosing On the Run Laundry Services! Here’s a quick overview before we roll out: You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before pickup at no charge. Same-day cancellations or a no-show/no-call will result in a $25 fee. If you booked same-day, please contact us right away if plans change to avoid charges. Payment is due when booking, before pickup begins. We care for every load with attention and respect, but we’re not responsible for pre-existing damage or skin sensitivities. If you’d like hypoallergenic detergent or softener, please let us know at booking. All orders are insured and typically completed within 1–2 business days.
