On The Run Laundry Services: Terms & Conditions
By scheduling or purchasing services from On the Run Laundry Services LLC, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and the highest quality care for every client. We proudly serve residential and commercial clients throughout the Greater Atlanta area, offering premium wash, dry, and fold laundry services with flat-rate pricing, free pickup and delivery, and optional same-day or next-day service upgrades. Premium and hypoallergenic products are available upon request.

Payment is required at the time of booking, prior to pickup, using major credit or debit cards or other approved digital payment methods. Clients with recurring service packages such as Gold, Platinum, or promotional plans are billed automatically each month unless canceled prior to the next billing date. Cancellations or rescheduling may be made up to 24 hours before pickup without penalty. Same-day cancellations or no-show/no-call appointments will incur a $25 fee. Same-day bookings may be canceled without penalty if notice is provided before the driver's route begins. Recurring package clients may cancel or pause their plan online or by contacting us directly before their next billing date.

Our standard turnaround time is 1–2 business days, excluding holidays or severe weather delays. Same-day delivery is available for bookings made before 12 PM, subject to route availability, and next-day delivery is completed by the following business day after pickup.

We treat every item with care and professionalism; however, On the Run Laundry Services LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, color bleeding, fading, shrinkage, or manufacturer defects, nor for items left in pockets that may cause damage during the cleaning process. We will take full accountability for any item that may have been damaged or tampered with while in our care, but we are not responsible for missing valuables and strongly encourage clients to check all pockets before pickup. Clients requesting hypoallergenic detergent or softener must indicate this when booking. Large items such as coats, duvets, comforters, and dog beds carry an additional per-item fee. Please note that if you submit only one or two light or white items, they will be washed with your general load unless specific instructions are provided. We do not process separate loads containing four items or fewer.

All package services, including Gold, Platinum, or promotional offers such as BOGO, must be used within the same monthly billing cycle and cannot be rolled over. Recurring payments are required to maintain discounted pricing. Any free or bonus washes included in a package must be redeemed within 30 days and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash value. Clients may cancel packages online or by contacting us before their next billing date.

Laundry should be placed in designated bags at least 30 minutes before pickup and left in a secure, accessible area. On the Run Laundry Services LLC is not responsible for items left unattended before pickup or after delivery. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once laundry has been processed. Should a concern arise, clients are encouraged to contact us within 24 hours of delivery so that we may review and address the issue appropriately.

Service times may vary during holidays or inclement weather, and clients will be notified promptly of any schedule changes. We value your privacy; all personal information collected is used solely for scheduling, billing, and communication purposes and will never be shared or sold to third parties.

However, we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion in cases of unsafe conditions, inappropriate conduct, or situations that may compromise the safety, integrity, or professionalism of our operations.

By booking with On the Run Laundry Services, clients acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time, and any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
