Here's a quick overview before we roll out:

• You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before pickup at no charge.

• Same-day cancellations or a no-show/no-call will result in a $25 fee.

• If you booked same-day, please contact us right away if plans change to avoid charges.

• Payment is due when booking, before pickup begins.

• We care for every load with attention and respect, but we're not responsible for pre-existing damage or skin sensitivities.

• If you'd like hypoallergenic detergent or softener, please let us know at booking.

• All orders are insured and typically completed within 1–2 business days.

• All promo codes are for residential services unless otherwise stated. Commercial accounts receive negotiated rates that cannot be combined with public promotions.

• Please note: Promo codes can’t be combined — one offer per booking. We like to keep things clean and simple!
